  3. Custom Orders: For custom-made pieces, additional information and specifications may be required. Hoipolloi will communicate with you directly to finalize these details.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude courier costs unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as indicated on our website.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement. For custom orders, a deposit may be required, with the balance due upon completion.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Pickup: Orders can be picked up in Nigel, Gauteng.
  • Courier Services: We offer nationwide courier services at an additional cost. Shipping fees will be calculated and presented at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order placement. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability. Generally delivery will take approximately 5 to 14 working days, from the time you have placed your final order and paid.
  • Delays & Damage: Hoipolloi takes no responsibility for the delay of courier service delivery deadlines, theft or damage of parcels. Claims regarding the above must be handled by clients and submitted to the relevant courier company.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Refunds: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund or replacement. Proof of damage or defect will be required.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the workmanship or materials.

  • Warranty: All products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
